What is a Transfer?

*A Transfer is defined as one pick-up location and one drop off location within a 1 hour period. A round-trip consists of 2 direct transfers. Additional stops will incur extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

Fees will be charged for all cancellations made 10 days after the contract signing or verbal phone bookings. Please see chart below for further details:

Cancellation period	Costs*
48 hours and over:	25%
Between 24 - 48 hours	50%
Less than 24 hours	100%
